Privacy Policy

Law Office of Vikas Bajaj, APC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information bajajlaw.com collects, how we use it, and which outside services receive information when you use this website.

No attorney-client relationship

Sending us a message through this website, or by email, does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details, documents or evidence about your case through the website or by email until we have spoken with you. If your matter is urgent, please call us.

Information you give us

Contact form. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and a message. What you enter is emailed to our office at info@bajajlaw.com. The notification email also includes the page you used, the date and time, your IP address and your browser type. A copy of each submission may also be saved in the website’s database, which is hosted by GoDaddy.

Calls and email. If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

We use this information to respond to you, to evaluate your inquiry, and to manage our practice.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this website, your browser sends information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request to the companies that host and deliver the site, so that pages can load. Our site is hosted by GoDaddy and delivered through Cloudflare. See the GoDaddy and Cloudflare privacy policies.

This site uses Google tags for Google Analytics and Google Ads. They help us understand how visitors find and use the site and how our advertising performs. They may set cookies in your browser and send Google information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser, how you reached the site, and whether you sent the contact form, tapped a phone number, or tapped an email address. Google may use this information under its own policies. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site and the services it uses may place cookies on your device or use your browser’s storage. Examples include the Cloudflare cookie named __cf_bm, which Cloudflare uses to help identify automated traffic; Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies such as _ga and _gcl_ cookies; and cookies that may be set by our hosting provider’s traffic measurement script and by our TrustedSite badge. We do not currently show a cookie banner or offer a cookie consent choice on the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

To opt out of Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To manage ad personalization, visit Google Ad Settings.

Videos, maps, reviews and other services

Pages of this site load content from other companies, and those companies receive your IP address and browser information when your browser requests it. This includes Google Fonts and Font Awesome (fonts and icons), Google Maps (maps on our contact page and on some location, courthouse and detention facility pages), YouTube (video thumbnails on our home and media pages, and videos you choose to play), Trustindex (our Google reviews display) and TrustedSite (a trust badge). Videos on our home page play from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, and YouTube may collect information once you start a video. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. See, for example, the Google, Trustindex and TrustedSite privacy policies.
